I had three clown contractors jumping up and down on my roof telling me how bad it was so they could sell a $20,000 shingle roof, When they knew I wanted a metal roof!!! Then Bob came along, Told me he was out a few months, He was late but man I was impressed! as a waterproofer for 20 years I felt totally confident of bobs abilities, In 2 days they tore off the roof and waterproofed it From there it was smooth sailing.It was December and raining and the job turned out beautifully. My last shingle roof was only on for 11 years And then it was toast, It's a no-brainer Thanks good job

Robert and his team installed a standing seam aluminum roof for my house in 2021. This was their second project for me. They had installed exact roof for my guest house two years earlier. Obviously I am happy as I hired them again 🙂 They did a wonderful job. Kept me informed about supply chain disruption, and once that was resolved, took care of the project. He is a very nice person, and I would hire him again if I had another project.

Robert and his crew did a great job. The removal of my old roof and placement of the underlayment got done in a day. Once the metal was ready, the crew was there everyday until the job was done and done right. They left the worksite tidy everyday. I am very happy with my new roof and with how it was done.

Elite did a nice job on our home re-roof Spring 2018. Elite came recommended by the national metal roof manufacturer, and Robert gave us estimates for various different roof types. We have a fairly large two-story home with a separate building-garage, we went with a 50 yr composition roof. The project included removing old shake roof, installing plywood roof base, installing sealing wrap (whatever it's called), replacing old skylight, installing roof tiles with ridge vent, and the various flashing. Robert, the owner, was very responsive. The job went off without a hitch, on budget/estimate, prompt and thorough clean-up. I highly recommend. Follow-up – it's been a year, and we've gone through the rainy winter. Robert came out to check on an issue, turns out it was more of a gutter issue than roofing, and an easy fix. Nonetheless, he also added some deflectors just to be sure. So all is good!

Robert and his crew installed a beautiful Mediterranean style metal roof on our home. Robert had to create a few installations for a finished, professional look and he did a really nice job. They did a quality job for a great price, cleaned up the site, were professional and pleasant, expert craftsmen.

Elite Metal Roof does nothing but metal roofs, so if you’re going to do a metal roof, these are your guys. Because we have an older Cape Cod style house, we used the re-roof as an opportunity to insulate our upstairs master bedroom and nursery by adding 4-inches of polyiso foam on top of the skip sheathing. While some metal roofing companies turned down the job because of this request, Robert and his team said no problem—they had experience doing foam. On top of that they also sealed the wall top plate and added ventilation between the foam and decking to reduce inductive heating and cooling, and did everything with a can do attitude. They also warranty the roof for 10-years, which is on top of the 40-year warranty that Taylor Metals offered. Great roof, great price, great service.
